Jeremiah McDade (born 1977, Edmonton, Alberta) is a Canadian musician. McDade is a talented multi-instrumentalist and composer, playing Irish whistle, saxophone, fiddle and flute. His career began with The McDade Family Band at the age of five, and he has subsequently performed with a wide variety of groups both live and in the recording studio. He has been featured on numerous soundtracks such as the 2001 World Athletics Championships, Biography Entertainment Channel, The Banff Film Festival and The National Film Board of Canada. He graduated with High Distinction from the Jazz Performance Program at McGill University in Montreal, the Performance Program at Grant MacEwan College in Edmonton and has been an Artist in Residence at The Banff Centre.
